Creative Lampwork ist ein Buch über das ich eher zufällig gestolpert bin, da ich die verfügbare Literatur der gängigen Lampwork-Bedarfshändler bereits abgegrast hatte. Das Buch ist in leicht verständlichem Englisch gehalten, das Bildmaterial könnte hier und da etwas umfangreicher sein, aber für fortgeschrittene Anfänger bietet es gute Anregungen. Ich lege es nicht mehr aus der Hand :-) - und der Preis ist wie ich finde absolut akzeptabel.
Straightforward book showing basic lampworking techniques, such as dots, triangles, stripes, use of enamels, foil, etc. Step by step photos and easy to follow instructions. Used book was in great condition.
it's a good book covers a lot of stuff even a couple of things at are not beads and it starts from the Basic material and basic techniques and progressively gets more and more detailed
Not as good as passing the flame, but a good book non the less. Worth while for any beginner.
I just started doing lampwork about 6 months ago and had more "mistakes" than anything else. I didn't give up and I can duplicate my beads now. I still have a long way to go to refine my technique, but this book inspired me to keep trying. Nice addition to anyone's collection.
